Cindy represents landlords and multifamily housing owners and practices in the areas of fair housing compliance, housing discrimination defense, landlord and tenant law, evictions and collections. She appears regularly in courts located in Indianapolis and the surrounding counties representing landlord interests in cases involving landlord and tenant law, evictions and collections. She represents landlords and multifamily housing owners by assisting in the defense and resolution of housing discrimination claims in administrative agencies and courts. She designs and presents training programs for landlords, multifamily housing owners and trade associations related to multifamily housing on such subjects as landlord and tenant law, fair housing compliance and lease/contract law related to multifamily housing.
Cindy is a native of Indianapolis and received her B.A. in History from Butler University, magna cum laude. She attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis where she received her degree in law.
