Rachel L. ElmorePartner
Rachel practices in the area of landlord and tenant law, evictions, and collections. Prior to joining Landman Beatty, Rachel worked briefly as a deputy prosecutor in Hendricks County.
Rachel graduated magna cum laude from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2006. She received a B.S. in Political Science and also a major in Writing. While a student there, she was inducted into the Pi Gamma Mu Social Sciences Honor Society. Rachel received her law degree from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2009. During law school, Rachel served as the Executive Notes Development Editor for the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review. Her student note was published in the European Journal of Law Reform in 2008.
Rachel is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. She serves as a court-appointed guardian ad litem for the non-profit organization Kid’s Voice.
